Dance for Global Peace

Hypnoza Festival

Hypnoza Festival is a project that was created in 2009 by a group of travelers that after some time exploring, fell in love with an amazing paradise located in the heart of Latin America, Costa Rica.

We collaborate with artists and friends all over the world, who are happy to share ideas and support the project.

Therefore becoming a beautiful family, united for our love to music, art, nature and cultural exchange.

Costa Rica is a very special location, full of high energies and constant transformation.

The country is a result of a volcanic activity complex as part of the Pacific Ring of Fire, which makes it an incredible paradise. With only 0.25% of the world’s landmass, it contains 5% of the world’s biodiversity.

A place of ever-changing natural scenes and climates. Full of life, movement, peace and positive vibe that flows through the air and the people of this beautiful land, added to our joy for trance music and culture, was our inspiration for creating this project. Our desire is to gather people from all over the world, as well as from the local scene, to enjoy and share what make us one worldwide family; Trance music, art, nature, peace and freedom.

We welcome you all to an amazing experience, performing some of the best artists from all around the world and from the local scene. Breathtaking natural scenery, and the most beautiful vibe people from all around the globe.

Psychedelics and human evolution:

The “stoned ape” hypothesis and its implications for the future of humanity.

Psychedelics are non-addictive, relatively safe drugs that expand the range of potential mental states of the human mind. They also facilitate profound existential experiences that have sustained beneficial effects. Such consciousness-expanding and salutogenic substances have been ingested ritually during thousands of years, in diverse cultures around the world, for the most part towards individual and socially constructive purposes. Terence McKenna, an ethnobotanist and art historian, suggested there is a link between psychedelics and human evolution. Basically, he contended psychedelics improved the adaptability and fitness of our direct ancestors and ultimately influenced the emergence of modern human capacities such as imagination, religiosity, and language. The purpose of this presentation is to briefly discuss an ongoing investigation aimed at re-examining, further developing, and empirically testing this so-called “stoned ape” hypothesis. We will also talk about some implications of this account of human evolution for the modern world and the future of humanity, concentrating on the present opportunity of integrating psychedelics as medicines and instruments for purposefully amplifying cognition, cooperation, communication, and cultural learning.

This workshop is about the new paradigm shift in Science. An evidence based analysis of Neurosciences, Health and our new paradigm shift as a species. How memory and neuroplasticity are changing the way we see and understand others, our environment and ourselves. How Self Healing is intrinsic to our organism and how to give our organism the tools to evolve. How we can uses these tools to potentiate our abilities as individuals and as a collective. How do we access this new paradigm? And how to achieve this in a sustainable and equitable way? A way to preserve the planet for the future generations, evolution and survival…

Hux Flux

Psytrance group from Sweden. Jonas Bergvall, Jonas Pettersson & Johan Krafft left the band after the Cryptic Crunch album to work with other projects, such as Logic Bomb, Z-Man etc..

Logic Bomb

In the mid 90s Sweden was introduced to a new type of dance music brought back from the golden beaches of Goa, India by an adventurous group of friends. Parties were held deep in the mystic forests during summer and attracted a fresh new crowd, enthusiastic for these innovative sounds. Among this crowd were two freshly graduated computer engineers who were struck with a profound fascination for this new music.

This enchantment led to the inception of the now infamous musical unit ‘Logic Bomb’, formed by Jonas Pettersson and Johan Krafft, in 1998. They released their highly thought debut album ‘Headware’, produced together with fellow Swede, Jonas Bergvall, on Spiral Trax in the year of 2000. Following up on the phenomenal success of ‘Headware’, their second album ‘Unlimited’ was released on leading English label TIP World in 2002. After years of silence, things were cooking once again in the bomb-lab, utilizing their highest quality, bleeding edge, digital technology married with the finest analog circuitry of the past they have crafted an album that was both classic and contemporary for that time. Logic Bomb were set to blow up the scene in 2007 with the album Sonic Algebra.

After the success with the 4th album “The Grid”, a new album is about to be released. This time on the newly created swedish label: Z-Plane Records. A label started by Dennis Tapper, the man behind Hux Flux.

So, get ready to be blasted again… get prepared!
The fuse is once again lit…
